The Portland Mercury is an alternative newspaper featuring local news and entertainment in Oregon. During the year, there are traditional themed issues but with a twist. As art director, I led the look and feel of the issue from 2015-2020. This included concepts for the cover design, sourcing cover art for covers and working with artists and writers on a weekly schedule.
